The Wise Boutique Terms & Conditions are established out of respect for our wise boutique business owners as well as each and every wise customer and client who shops here.

By purchasing a product or service within The Wise Boutique, you agree to The Wise Boutique Terms & Conditions, including those stated in each wise product or service that you buy.
wise General Rules & Guidelines
Customized Products or Services:
Many of the wise & services offered in wise boutiques are unique and often are customized specific to a wise customer’s order. This requires the boutique owner to invest their time, talent, energy, and cash to complete your order. As such, you should not expect a refund. Each boutique owner will include information in descriptions, shipping, and warranty policy.
Please read prior to purchasing to ensure that your shopping experience is wise and wonderful!
Our General Returns Policy:
Several types of goods are can not be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact the wise boutique owner for the product/ service you purchased
- To do this, go directly to the page of the product or service that you purchased and wish to return.
- On that product/ service page, you will see a tab ‘Product Enquiry’
- Using this portal, you can send a message directly to the wise boutique owner.
The wise boutique owner will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to the boutique without contacting them and getting their approval first.
Our General Refunds Policy:
Please do NOT expect a refund in these circumstances:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Items cannot be returned for a refund more than 30 days after they have been delivered.
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late Or Missing Refunds:
If you believe that you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks of a refund approval notice from us, please follow these procedures:
- First double- check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it often takes time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: Support@TheWiseBoutique.com.
Exchanges:
We replace items that are defective or damaged when you receive them, and if they are not in accordance with their description.
If you need to make an exchange, please contact the wise boutique owner at the Product Enquiry tab in the product’s or service’s page.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the physical address provided to you in email correspondence about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless stated otherwise in in the product page description.
Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to help guarantee that we receive your returned item(s).
wisely Do NOT Solicit
Soliciting Is Strictly Prohibited In The Wise Boutique:
Business owners offer products and services of many sorts in their wise boutiques. As this is a safe and trustworthy platform, we ask that you do not attempt to solicit business from the boutique owners. If you do, you will be disallowed from future business of any sort in The Wise Boutique.
Similarly, if a boutique owner or representative attempts to directly contact you to solicit business from you after you have made a purchase from them in The Wise Boutique, please inform us immediately at Support@TheWiseBoutique.com.
If you purchase a product or service in The Wise Boutique and anyone associated with that transaction offers to sell you anything to you outside of The Wise Boutique (i.e. booked or sold on a different website or not on a website at all), please report them immediately at Support@TheWiseBoutique.com.
Services That Start In The Wise Boutique Are Kept Here:
Some wise boutiques offer services such as consulting, coaching, or many other types of services that can be booked in The Wise Boutique.
Boutiques that offer services in The Wise Boutique are prohibited from offering to sell customers any additional services or products that are not offered in The Wise Boutique. It is strictly disallowed for wise boutique owners in The Wise Boutique to solicit their customers or clients in any way.
If you book a service in The Wise Boutique and anyone associated with that transaction offers to sell you the same or a similar service outside of The Wise Boutique (i.e. booked or sold on a different website or not on a website at all), please report them immediately at Support@TheWiseBoutique.com.
